Shopping for clothes online means guessing. sizebear stops the guessing.
Tell it your measurements in natural language once. After you've input your measurements, on the sites it supports, a small icon appears in the top right of the page, letting you know the verdict. Hover over it, and a bear tells you if the garment fits, and by how much. It reads the measurements in the site for you, compares them to yours, and includes room for comfort.
It never only says yes or no, it explains itself.
A garment measured flat is doubled. A drawstring waist is treated as uncertain, not exact. A stretchy fabric gets credit; a woven one doesn't. A trouser's rise moves where the waistband actually sits, so the waist is checked there, not at your natural waist. Where it's unsure, it says close, and names the measurement that would settle it.
Not every shop publishes its own measurements. When one doesn't, it says so plainly, instead of guessing.
General rules can't be right for everyone! A slim shirt might be exactly what you want. Under every verdict there's one question: looser, or tighter? Answering it re-judges that garment against what you actually asked for.
sizebear has no server. Measurements are stored by Chrome, and never sent anywhere, there's nowhere to send them!
